Struven Heating & Cooling Warranty

Guarantees and warranties are considered null and void if evidence of tampering, alterations or repairs to the system by anyone other than Struven Heating and Cooling LLC. or a licensed contractor is found.
Intentional damage, unintentional damage, and misuse will void all warranties and guarantees.

*****Annual Maintenance is required by all equipment manufacturers including Lennox. Failure to have your equipment properly maintained annually could void your warranty from the manufacturer.
Struven Heating and Cooling will void the 2-year labor warranty if annual maintenance is not performed. All maintenance is to be performed by Struven Heating and Cooling. *****

It is the sole responsibility of the homeowner, tenant, or landlord to replace filters once per month unless otherwise instructed by Struven Heating and Cooling LLC. Filters must be pleated and have a merv level of 9 to 11 thickness unless otherwise instructed by Struven Heating and Cooling LLC. Filter change outs are not part of the 2-year labor warranty or maintenance program. Normal, non-member rates apply to filter changes regardless of membership. We sell filters!

This Warranty includes materials and workmanship only, and does not include intentional damage, unintentional damage, natural disasters, severe weather or misuse.
