Struven Heating & Cooling Warranty

All warranties and guarantees provided by Struven Heating and Cooling LLC shall be considered null and void if evidence of tampering, unauthorized alterations, or repairs to the system is found.

If service, repairs, modifications, or other work are performed by a third party, the customer must first obtain written authorization from Struven Heating and Cooling LLC. Failure to contact Struven Heating and Cooling LLC and obtain prior written approval before engaging a third party may result in the immediate termination of all applicable labor warranties, guarantees, and service commitments.

Intentional damage, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper operation, or failure to follow manufacturer recommendations will void all warranties and guarantees.

This Warranty includes materials and workmanship only, and does not include intentional damage, unintentional damage, natural disasters, severe weather or misuse.

Annual maintenance is required by equipment manufacturers, including Lennox, and failure to have the equipment properly maintained may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

To maintain eligibility for the Struven Heating and Cooling LLC Labor Warranty, annual maintenance must be performed each year by Struven Heating and Cooling LLC. Failure to complete the required annual maintenance, or allowing maintenance to be performed by another provider without prior written approval from Struven Heating and Cooling LLC, will void the Struven labor warranty.

Customers experiencing equipment issues should contact Struven Heating and Cooling LLC first to allow the company a reasonable opportunity to inspect, diagnose, and address the concern before any third-party repairs or modifications are authorized. Any unauthorized third-party work may void applicable warranties, guarantees, and labor coverage.

It is the sole responsibility of the homeowner, tenant, or landlord to replace filters once per month unless otherwise instructed by Struven Heating and Cooling LLC. Filters must be pleated and have a merv level of 9 to 11 thickness unless otherwise instructed by Struven Heating and Cooling LLC. Filter change outs are not part of the labor warranty or maintenance program. Normal, non-member rates apply to filter changes regardless of membership. We sell filters!
